Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• European Union: 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom & Other Europe: 2–5 business days
• USA & International: 4–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during peak periods, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

For orders within the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the price.

For orders outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, local import duties, customs charges and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer free returns?

No. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our return address in Spain, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return?

Start your return through our RETURN PORTAL and follow the steps. The return address and instructions will be provided there.

How long do I have to start a return?

Returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Will my original shipping cost be refunded?

If you return your entire order under applicable withdrawal rights, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by applicable consumer law.

If you return only part of an order, the original shipping cost is not refunded unless required by law.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping, there is no original shipping charge to refund.

What about customs duties and taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes and other charges paid directly to customs or other authorities are not refundable by GOD'S ARCHITECTURE.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Once your return is received and approved, we can send a replacement size, subject to availability.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at returns@godsarchitecture.com and include photos of the issue.

We will cover the applicable return shipping cost and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Yes. Sale and discounted items follow the same return conditions unless a specific legal exception applies.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

How much will I be refunded?

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after any discounts, promotions or coupons were applied.
